28th Annual Matsuri Festival takes Heritage & Science Park in central Phoenix on Saturday and Sunday, February 25th and 26 th 2012 This two-day celebration features colorful displays of art authentic Japanese, crafts and entertainment. Traditional Japanese cuisine and goods for sale.
